- If I wish to get a cake delivery today, latest by what time should I place the order? we can deliver the cakes to you within 45 mins of receiving the order. The last order that we take is by 12.45AM. However, you may schedule the order any time from 1 week to 3 hrs in advance to be delivered.
- What is the earliest possible time one can get cake delivered? The earliest time we can assure delivery for any given order is 10:00 am to 1.00AM on any day. In case, you wish to get it delivered between 1.00AM to 10:00 am, Rs.250/- as an extra delivery fee will be charged.
- Do you provide specific time delivery of Cake, if any? Yes, we do try our best to meet the specific delivery time request if made by the customer; however, there can be deviation of +/- 45 minutes owing to the traffic or other possible factors that are not in our control.
- Does cakesclub.com provide midnight cake delivery? Yes, upto 1 AM. And between 1.00AM to 9.00AM on prior intimation, we provide midnight delivery for cakes in locations we operate in the twin cities. The midnight delivery charge is Rs. 250/- over and above the cake charges. However, we provide free shipping if the order is to be delivered in the evening till 9 PM.
- Does your website also deliver on Sundays and public holidays? Cakesclub.com works on all Sundays and holidays except under uncontrollable situations like bad weather or civil disorder like bandhs.
- Do you have an option of eggless cake delivery? Yes, we do deliver eggless cakes in twin cities of Hyderabad and secundrabad. All the displayed cakes are available in eggless variant as well. You need to choose “eggless” Option available on product detail page. Be assured about the purity of eggless cakes. They are 100% vegetarian cakes with delicious taste.
- What other items can be sent along with the cake? Are any specific product combination options also available? You can send flowers.
- Can we send messages along with cake? Of course, you can. provides facility of sending personalized messages along with Cake. While placing an order for cake, you get an option of typing your message in a message box.
- Can I order a customized cake? Yes, you can customize your cake, as we have photo cakes, where you can upload the best clicked photo and customize it accordingly. For any other customization, you may write to us at care@cakesclub.com or call us on 9121244443
- Which mode of payment does cakesclub.com accept? Cakesclub.com accepts all the major payment intermediaries like Visa, Master Card, Maestro, AMerican Express. You can also make the payment through wallets - Paytm, Mobikwik and PayUMoney.
- Do you provide COD? No, as of now we do not provide COD. As most of the orders that we receive are for gifting purpose or, for self-consumption. But we are on the way to include Cash on delivery option at checkout.
- I am not able to complete the payment. What should I do? The payment may not be completed due to connection failure. If the problem persists, please write to us at care@cakesclub.com or call us on (+91)-91212-44443
- What if we wish to cancel the Order? Also, what are your refund policies? Yes, you can. If you need to cancel the order, a 15% cancellation fee is charged. if the cancellation is required that 1-day prior notice of cancellation be given for regular cakes and 1-days prior notice be given for Large or Special Cakes if ordered 2 days in advance. Refund charges of 15% per order shall be applicable request has been made via mail 1 day in advance i.e. 24 hours before the delivery date of the Cake product at care@cakesclub.com . If cancellation is done on the date of delivery, in that case there will be no refund for the amount paid. Cancellation of Order shall be mailed by the customer at care@cakesclub.com with the Subject : " Cancellation Request" and specifying in the mail : i Order ID ii Reasons for Cancellation cakes club will issue a refund to the same card/account/medium through which you have made the payment in case of cancellation. All refunds shall be made within the period of 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation. It is entirely up to cakes club discretion, to change, cancel, refund or otherwise offer any other option to the customer.
- What if my Order of Cake is not delivered on the desired date? Cakesclub.com guarantees on-time delivery of each order. Unfavourable instances are a rare experience, thanks to our strong delivery network. However, in case, the order is not delivered on the requested date, we assure a refund of the total amount and a complimentary delivery to make up for the loss.
- What if I am not satisfied with my order? If there is a problem with the order you have received, whether it’s about quality or quantity or if the cake gets damaged in transit, just drop a mail to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. It would be easier for us to resolve the issue, if a photograph of the cake is attached to the mail.
- What if recipient is not there at the given address at the time of delivery? In case of non-availability of the recipient at the specified address as filled by the sender, we contact the Sender and deliver as per their instructions. As cakes are customized to order and perishable, they will be considered delivered in case the receiver is not available.
- Will the Cake image and actually delivered cake be identical? We try our best to provide as you desire. However, the design, or icing of the actual cake may vary a bit from the image as each cake is a ‘recreation’. And hence, chances are that there is a minor difference between the two. But we definitely guarantee you the best quality and ordered quantity for sure.
- Can I add an item to my cart for the same date after I have made the payment? Unfortunately, you cannot do so. However, in case the second order needs to be delivered on the same date and to the same address, you can drop a mail at care@cakesclub.com or call us on +919121244443 and our Customer Support Team shall try their best to club both the orders.
